Job Description
Business Development of KRF
- Track market trends and competitor strategies
- Develop and implement (KCFA) growth plans with internal stakeholders
- Establish and assist in managing a new (KCFA) entity within Komatsu South Africa (Pty) Ltd
- Collaborate with Sales, monitor budgets, risks, and customer data
- Report on portfolio growth and present strategic insights
- Build internal and external networks
- Develop marketing and credit strategies
- Evaluate financing requests and manage repossessions
- Liaise with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Risk functions
- Monitor full lifecycle of financing agreements
- Draft reports for internal, global, and legislative bodies
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and legislation
- Monitor fraud risk, SAP data integrity, and cycle times
- Drive departmental strategy, policy development, and performance monitoring
- Manage staffing, development, and HR reporting
- Lead budgeting, expense control, and audit compliance
- Ensure IFRS compliance and monitor governance adherence
- Oversee legal compliance and supplier agreements
- Lead change initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Coach staff, support training plans, and assess leadership potential
- BCom Honours in Accounting (essential)
- MBA (advantageous)
- Minimum 8 years in credit risk management or financial services (banking)
- Proven experience in setting up and managing similar functions
