To execute on product strategy, and work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Stakeholder Management across Life product portfolios (Transactional & Advice)Ecosystem integrations (Segment)Facilitate execution of future Ready strategy for Life portfolio into the bank channels.To ensure the successful implementation of new products in new and existing channels/platforms & partnerships.To drive the implementation of legislative/compliance changes to existing processes to comply with changing legal requirements.To understand the competitive landscape (micro and macro environments) and keep up with market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelors (Business Management / Marketing / Finance)

Certifications

• Insurance Related Certifications
• RE & KI

Licenses

• Driver's license for travel is required

FAIS compliant

• FAIS Non-Representative
• Registered as a Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Key Individual (KI);

Experience Required

• Insurance
• Minimum 3 years' people management experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience Life Insurance/ Insurance background.
• Successful ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
• Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
• Relevant experience in managing and delivering big projects.
• Be able to present complex ideas and information to a wide audience, including senior / executive teams, with the intention of convincing then to vote for/support an initiative.Lead and manage a team of direct and matrix reports to achieve a goal/ deliver results.
