We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Implementation to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our clients.



5-10 years' experience in a Financial Services Organisation

Solid Project Management & Implementation background (5-10 years)

Hands-on experience in Transactional Banking, plus knowledge across Cash, Trade, Investor Services & Card

Client engagement experience across multiple African markets

Confidence to engage with senior/executive management (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Financial Managers)

Deep understanding of account opening, onboarding, FICA/KYC across African regions

Ability to take full ownership of implementations - driving "mandate to money"

Extensive Knowledge of TPS channels, SWIFT Payments, electronic channel integrations , onboarding and ISO

Solid operations and systems exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in implementation management, preferably in a financial industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex implementation projects

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and implementation best practice with Excellent leadership and team management skills

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software

In-depth understanding of industry-specific implementation processes and challenges

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable

Ability to travel within South Africa as required for client engagements

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is advantageous
