Main Purpose:





Overseeing fleet sales department, this position is regarded as a key management role and will be suited to an experienced fleet sales manager who has the ability to attract clients; provide excellent customer service; motivate staff; exceed targets, and portrays excellent leadership.



You would generally be responsible for the day to day activities to develop and implement an effective and sustainable fleet sales business for the Dealership in order to enhance overall sales and profitability

Specific Role Responsibilities



Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the Fleet Sales Manager is fully responsible for the management of Fleet Sales, which includes:


Job Objectives




To ensure that the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the allocated, approved targeted To penetrate the vehicle market in a well-organized, trained and professional To ensure benchmark customer satisfaction and standards of the Dealer and Manufacturer are Assisting the Dealer Principal in formulating Sales Policy. Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast and targets. Developing the necessary sales organisation to meet sales and profitability objectives. Ensuring optimum stock of cars on premises. Managing the relationship with the OEM's sales department and achieving the targets set by the OEM. Ensuring cost control to budget within the department. Increase sales performance of the Nissan, Renault fleet sales through effective management. Managing the budget and the current fleet owner data basis. Execute sale deals, assist with developing and implementing approved marketing plans. Build business partnerships with fleet sales customer / groups through regular customer visits and maintain continual, appropriate contact to increase sales. Monthly reporting of fleet sales, visitation schedule. Manage and exceed monthly budgeted targets.

Qualifications and Experience



Minimum Qualifications:




Matric Grade 12 (Essential). Tertiary qualification (Desirable). Valid Driver's License. Preferably Nissan, Renault Sales Management certification will be an advantage. Diploma or applicable marketing qualification will be an advantage. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office:? excel, word, and PowerPoint. Experience in fleet Management Sales.

Minimum Experience




Premium brand Vehicle Sales - > 1.5 years. Proven track record of an average CSI rating above national.
