This is a 5 - month renewable contract with our client
We are looking for 5 managers
In this pivotal role, you will support multiple Fintech Operating Companies (OPCOs), bridging the gap between high-speed agility and enterprise-grade compliance. You will be the architect of our "Digital Highway," managing environments across Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and on-prem Kubernetes platforms (vStack/TKGI).
Responsibilities include

• Architect Hybrid Solutions: Drive the DevOps and Environment Strategy, translating high-level business goals into resilient, automated platform roadmaps.

• Master Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Terraform, Bicep, and GitOps to ensure 100% environment consistency.

• Orchestrate at Scale: Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring high availability for critical Fintech services.

• Implement DevSecOps: Integrate security into the heart of the CI/CD pipeline, enforcing workload identity, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust principles.

• Drive Observability: Implement proactive monitoring and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to ensure world-class system uptime and performance.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon, coaching cross-functional teams and OPCOs to adopt modern engineering practices.

Requirements include

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or Engineering (4-year degree).

• Technical Depth: 4-5 years of specialized experience in technical architecture, application development, or operations.

• Cloud Competency: Proficiency in Azure AND Alibaba Cloud is highly advantageous.

• Tools of the Trade: Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (CKA highly preferred), Helm, Terraform, and Bicep.

• Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of RBAC, Azure AD, and incident management within a regulated financial services environment.

• Global Mindset: Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments and across various geographies.
