To oversee the management of all Customer Level Inbound and Outbound Collections within the Integrated Inbound, Customer Level, Affluent Collections teams as well as Enablement and Digitisation, while maintaining performance requirements and relevant stakeholder expectations, to ensure the achievement of the overall business strategy and objectives, and adherence to all policies and procedures across the entire Customer Collections Portfolio.
Qualifications
Completed Matric
Advanced Diploma Banking
Generic Management Degree
Experience
8-10 years To manage compliance and mandated process and procedures within a collection's environment. Extensive experience in all aspects of Early - and Late arrear (supplier) collections and knowledgeable in the legal environment.
Preferred experience must include supplier support and management
