To develop, embed and provide guidance on the advisory sales process to SBFC in line with the general code of conduct. To oversee the resolution of all internal and external complaints (ombudsman, internal, FAIS, etc.). To ensure the monitoring and provision of assurance on the adequacy of processes and procedures across SBFC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Degree in Business Commerce
• Legal degree would also be considered.
• Post graduate Diploma in Financial Planning would be advantageous

• 5 - 7 Years Experience in the Financial Planning industry, Operational Risk and Compliance.
• The Financial Planning Process as prescribed by the Financial Planning Institute, FAIS, FICA.
• Experience in legal matters an advantage

• Negotiating
• Accurately interpreting data
• Implementing procedure
• Understanding and adhering to regulations and compliance

• Knowledge of financial planning systems and SBFC systems
• Manage internal relationships with SBFC, Wealth, PBB SA, Group Internal Audit, Compliance, Regulatory Services
• Engages regarding all advisory, monitoring and complaint matters.
