Job Summary As a Business Support Manager in Wealth Banking, you will play a crucial role in servicing the everyday needs of clients, focusing particularly on transactional banking requests. Your responsibilities will center around ensuring process efficiency and delivering a high level of client service. This role involves executing various transactional activities, maintaining account records, handling client queries, onboarding clients, managing documentation, and supporting credit-related tasks. You will also be a key point of contact for stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external partners.



Key Responsibilities:

Execute transactional activities related to payments, daily operations, and account maintenance for a portfolio of clients. Address client queries regarding existing banking product CIF records using tools like BTP, ESP, and Salesforce. Manage client onboarding processes, capturing relevant client information on ESP. Obtain and update necessary client documentation, including Fica, related to transactional banking. Perform ongoing KYC refresh for medium and low-risk clients, ensuring compliance during trigger events. Complete submissions and documentation for PEP/HRR reviews and client exits. Prepare non-advice and advice client documentation for client signature, including product BSEs. Monitor and manage limit loading exceptions for the client portfolio. Manage arrears within the client portfolio, including daily updating of ARM (Arrears Management) activities. Handle the management of irregular collateral for the legacy book within the client portfolio. Participate in core business processes, including onboarding, migration, CRAG post-approval, and funds transfers. Engage in credit-related tasks, such as specified credit activities and post-credit approval activities. Complete annual credit reviews within defined thresholds and collaborate with credit analysts/specialists on complex matters. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of developments. Maintain impeccable and timely service levels, collaborating with various business units to achieve objectives. Foster collaboration within the pod to deliver a high level of client service. Serve as the first point of escalation for BSE (Business Support Executive) issues and queries. Resolve queries related to the client portfolio effectively.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in commerce (NQF7) Minimum of 3 years of investment and wealth management experience within a Wealth management business FAIS qualification

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
