DUTIES
: Develop and maintain an ICT audit methodology. Develop comprehensive IT audit engagement plans that align with the organisation's goals and risks. Identify and evaluate risks associated with information systems and technology assets. Conduct audits of information systems which includes the evaluation and appraisal of IT governance, risk management and controls. Support ICT management in ensuring that the organisation's information systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain an audit findings' register for all ICT audit reports (internal and external). Provide ad hoc ICT audit consulting and advisory services
REQUIREMENTS
Formal Qualifications
: Relevant NQF level 07 qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship management or a related field.
Job Related
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Services environment or Business develop or sales environment or a related field. Experience in partnership. Experience in opportunity identification / pipeline development

Job Related Knowledge:
Knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation and regulations that govern the public service including PFMA and Treasury Regulations, the Public Service Act, Property Valuations Act,Labour Relations Act. Performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting frameworks, systems and processes. The ability to highlight key insights within a complex set of qualitative and quantitative data targets and strategy for outputs. Knowledge of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Knowledge of sales and market penetration techniques. Advantageous.: at least 2-3 years people and team development experience. High pace customer/sales environment experience. Experience using customer journey mapping tolls and Customer Feedback and Survey tools and Familiar with popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
