Purpose of Role: Be accountable for achieving ESCO's growth targets in Northern South Africa and Botswana regions by leveraging Sales, Administration and Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus Area: Effective management of all aspects of the branch to ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Focus Area: Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to support the achievement of revenue targets
• Focus Area: Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Focus Area: Provide technical support to District Managers and Customers

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
• Relevant National Diploma
• 8 years relevant experience in the mining industry, 3 of which should be in a management role.
• Proven track record of progressive accomplishments in the mining industry
