The purpose of the Manager: Branch role is to manage a branch through the entire parcel cycle to ensure productivity and effectiveness. The incumbent of the role will achieve this by providing operational and people leadership to ensure sustained customer service levels and cost management in alignment with the company strategy.

Skills and Experience
Minimum:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Essential)
National Certificate (NQF4) in supply chain management / logistics management or similar (Essential)
2 - 3 years' experience in a Branch Manager 1 role or equivalent thereof
Required Knowledge:
Implementation of Continuous Improvement principles
Intermediate costing & budgeting knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word. PowerPoint
Knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, NBCRFLI Collective agreement etc)

Ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing
