WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM




As a Manager's Assistant, you'll support several senior leaders and their teams with a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong virtual working relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




Calendar Management

Manage complex and evolving calendars Reschedule meetings and travel at short notice Coordinate internal and external meetings Build strong relationships with key client contacts Co-ordination of office events where required

Travel & Logistics

Coordinate travel with our travel provider Manage visas and travel documentation Support meetings and events using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Relationship Management

Build cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues Maintain CRM records accurately and in a timely manner

Expenses

Process time and expense reports Handle multi-currency and complex expense submissions

ABOUT YOU




We are looking for South African professionals based in Johannesburg who are passionate about providing excellent support in a global, fast-paced environment. You're a positive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, team-first setting. You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.


Must Have:

Fluent in both English (written and verbal)

Based in Johannesburg, South Africa Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience supporting multiple stakeholders


Nice to Have:

Experience working with CRM systems Experience in an international or multicultural organization * BA or Master's degree (optional in South African context)
