The role also includes
Sales and service to Tier 3 and other smaller clients Mid Market in the Coastal & Central Southern Africa Region
Provide support to the Coastal and Central Southern Africa Heads of Cluster to develop and maintain the relationship between Visa and its partnersmembers
Contribute to the development, production and implementation of initiatives outlined in Countries plans
Build and update on a monthly basis a complete Business Intelligence tool gathering all information with regards to Macro Economics data, Issuing Acquiring activities of Visa clients Market but also competition
Work on client queries and issues, and provide timely and efficient solution
Ensure client compliance to service levels integrity of service records and efficient resolution of complaints
Identify key opportunities within markets size provide analysis, and business case to address
Central communication point for all clients in Market
