Job Summary Management Couple - Resort Manager & Guest Relations Manager Ultra Luxury Island Resort - Indonesia An ultra-luxury private island resort in Indonesia is seeking a sophisticated Management Couple to take on key leadership roles: one as Resort Manager and the other as Guest Relations Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world's most exclusive destinations; catering to VIP and HNWI clientele, and reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. Package Salary: Combined US$8,000 - US$9,000 net per month Benefits: Expat package including accommodation, medical cover, full flights, and other expatriate benefits Resort Manager Full operational oversight of an ultra-luxury resort hosting up to 100 guests Leadership of 400+ local staff, ensuring excellence in all departments Management of three F&B outlets plus exclusive private villa dining Hands-on leadership, staff training, and performance development Maintaining world-class service standards with discretion for elite clientele Guest Relations Manager Provide a personalised and sophisticated guest experience from arrival to departure Handle VIP requests, concierge services, and villa-level guest experiences Supervise reception, reservations, and front-of-house operations Coordinate with F&B and operations to deliver seamless luxury hospitality Anticipate guest needs, ensuring privacy, discretion, and exceptional service culture Minimum Requirements South African nationals only will be considered for this position Proven career stability within ultra-luxury resorts, lodges, or island properties Resort Manager: At least 10 years' hospitality management experience in remote luxury destinations (Africa, Maldives, Seychelles, etc.) Guest Relations Manager: Strong track record in guest-facing management roles within five-star resorts/lodges, including reservations and front-of-house leadership Both candidates must demonstrate sophistication, adaptability, and resilience in a remote environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a multicultural team Stable; long-term partnership with proven ability to work together professionally ??
