Job Summary ? Lodge Management Couple ? Location: Greater Hoedspruit Area, Limpopo ? Type of Property: Newly opening, exclusive 5-star safari lodge, part of a well-known luxury collection ? Summary of Key Requirements: A warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality, especially in guest-facing roles Minimum of 8 years' relevant 5* lodge-based experience Strong Food & Beverage experience: menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge Solid understanding of lodge operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, grounds, administration, and cost control Strong team leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Comfortable working independently and in a hands-on, proactive role Maintenance oversight experience (pool, accommodation, general lodge infrastructure) Ability to adapt to change and bring innovative ideas to improve service delivery Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora advantageous Excellent organisational, delegation, and problem-solving skills Child-friendly environment - accommodation suitable for small families (2-bedroom unit provided) ? Salary: R50,000 - R55,000 per couple (negotiable depending on experience). Live-in, with accommodation & standard benefits provided. Open to couples with children. ?
