A warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality, especially in guest-facing roles

Minimum of 8 years' relevant 5* lodge-based experience

Strong Food & Beverage experience: menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge

p
Solid understanding of lodge operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, grounds, administration, and cost control
/p
/li
li
p
Strong team leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
/p
/li
li
p
Comfortable working independently and in a hands-on, proactive role
/p
/li
li
p
Maintenance oversight experience (pool, accommodation, general lodge infrastructure)
/p
/li
li
p
Ability to adapt to change and bring innovative ideas to improve service delivery
/p

p
Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora advantageous

Excellent organisational, delegation, and problem-solving skills

Salary:

R50,000 - R55,000 per couple (negotiable depending on experience). Live-in, with accommodation & standard benefits provided. Open to couples with children.
