Job Summary Management Couple - Luxury Safari Lodge | Kruger National Park Contract: Temporary 2-Month Contract | Live-In Salary: Negotiable DOE A luxury safari lodge in Kruger National Park is seeking an experienced Management Couple for a temporary 2-month contract to oversee lodge operations. The successful candidates will ensure high standards of guest experience, team management, and operational efficiency during the contract period. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functioning. Maintain and enhance high standards of guest service and hospitality. Lead; develop, and motivate the lodge team to ensure peak performance. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, HR, and operational policies. Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and leave cycles. Develop and implement operational procedures to optimise efficiency and service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, owners, and the surrounding community. Take overall responsibility for the property in the absence of the owners. Requirements: Proven experience in management within a luxury safari lodge or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in financial management, operations, and staff development. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Professional; reliable, and trustworthy with a guest-focused approach. Live-in availability is required for the full contract period.
