JD Specialized Recruitment are currently assisting a company that provides the corporate market with up market, self-catering short-term accommodation in Lusaka, Zambia, to recruit a MANAGEMENT COUPLE. Combined Requirements
- Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience at a similar upmarket property
- Relevant Degree, diploma or trade xe2x80x93 necessary for work permit applications if required.
- Combined skills to manage the day-to-day property requirements, to ensure the standards of service provided to guests are in line with the companyxe2x80x99s brand and upmarket reputation.
- Knowledge to implement the necessary policies and procedures required to ensure highest standards of service, safety & hygiene.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Strong leaders with a passion for staff development and training.
- Excellent delegation, time management and organisation skills.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Must be able to cope under pressure.
- Fit, high-energy, and guest centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stable employment history and contactable references
- Excellent maintenance skills and experience in a hospitality environment, overseeing and manage all aspects of property maintenance.
- Firm but fair leader with a passion for staff development and training.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standards and procedures for a large busy property
- Good knowledge of laundry and cleaning products and safe use of these products
- Previous experience with reservations management, staff management, procurement and stock control and procurement.
- Excellent administration and leadership skills.
