Job Summary Exclusive Private Safari Lodge set in the Mjejane Game Reserve adjacent to the Kruger National Park is looking for a Management Couple. This is an exciting opportunity for a young dynamic couple to contribute to the success of a 5* self-catering lodge . We are looking for multiskilled Management Couple who are passionate about the hospitality industry ; possess strong leadership skills and thrive in a dynamic environment to take over the management of the lodge. Duties: Her: Guest services: Coordinating guest check ins and outs efficiently Fostering a welcoming and friendly environment ensuring guests are comfortable during their stay Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by tending to guest concerns and complaints Lodge: Ensuring a high level of standards are always kept Arranging relieve housekeeps when needed Managing of housekeeper and housekeeping duties Administration: Completing and sending month end reports Submitting salaries for payment each month Ordering and management of stock, consumables and lodge assets Him: FGASA level 1 Guide Daily game drives Hosting and welcoming guests Management of gardens, maintenance and general lodge upkeep Requirements: Her: Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent Him: FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2) DEAT registered Valid PDP Valid First Aid qualification Skills: Her: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including HR, Admin, FOH & Guest Experience Ability to receive instruction and follow thought as required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff and shareholders. Knowledge and experience of lodge operations. Proficiency in Excel & Word. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Availability to work flexible hours as well as extra hours when required. Lead by example very important. Desire; drive, and experience to develop the lodge to its full potential. Ability to operate independently. Him: Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including Maintenance, Guiding & Guest Experience Knowledge and experience of gardens and maintenance. Staff management experience. Ability to operate independently.
