Management & Cost Accountant (CA)
Salary: R700/R800 000.00 per annum
Location: JHB, South
1+ Year Post-Articles Experience
A leading organisation is seeking a qualified CA(SA) with 1 year or more post-articles experience to join their finance team as a Management & Cost Accountant. This role is perfect for a newly qualified chartered accountant looking to grow their analytical, costing, and business performance skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare management accounts and assist with financial planning and analysis
Conduct costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance
Provide insights to drive performance and improve cost efficiencies

Requirements

CA(SA) qualification
1+ year post-articles experience
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Passion for commercial finance and cost optimisation
