Job Summary
Analyse key financial data to determine gross profits across projects and product lines
Build financial and information models to highlight opportunities for improvement
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports with focus on gross profit and stock control
Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and ERP systems
Conduct costing reviews, ensure product line profitability, and recommend turnaround strategies
Optimise reporting systems, internal controls, and financial procedures
Provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
Travel to farming and packhouse sites in provinces such as Musina and Hoedspruit (all costs covered by the company)
Skills & Experience:
Solid finance and management accounting background.
Strong costing and profit analysis skills.
Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Power BI expertise (non-negotiable).
ERP system experience (Mercur advantageous).
Previous exposure to Agriculture or FMCG industries beneficial.
Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in a professional environment.
Innovative and solutions-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Qualification:
BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Agricultural Economics.
CIMA (completed or at Strategic level) highly advantageous.
