? About the Role
As a Management Accountant - Leisure Envoyage, you'll be at the heart of financial strategy and performance, providing insights that shape decision-making and help drive sustainable growth. From preparing Profit & Loss statements and forecasts to partnering with business leaders, this role is essential in ensuring the financial health and success of Envoyage.
? Key Responsibilities
Prepare month-end journals, reports, budgets, and forecasts
Analyse financial performance, expenses, and variances against budgets
Provide business leaders with insights to support strategic decisions
Deliver ad hoc financial and commercial analysis as needed
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Improve and maintain financial controls across the business
Reconcile travel and events spend, ensuring alignment with budgets
Partner with leaders on business transitions, systems, and reporting improvements
? What We're Looking For
Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)
3-5 years of finance experience, with 1-2 years in management accounting
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with systems such as Protas, GAS, SUN, or Oracle is a plus
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication, with proven stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
