Job Summary A well-established and reputable mining company is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational decision-making through accurate reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with site operations and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform cost analysis and monitor operational expenditure
Partner with operational teams to drive efficiencies and improve financial controls
Support year-end processes and audit requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in management accounting within the mining or heavy industrial sector
Skills: Advanced Excel. Experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical and reporting skills
Non-negotiable: Previous experience in mining or a related industrial environment
