Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to provide short-term support to a busy finance team for a 3-month contract. This is an in-office role based in Alberton, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and assist with key financial processes during a period of organizational change.
In this role, you will assist with the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting, while helping to rationalize reporting processes. You will also support asset verification and governance projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The focus is on alleviating pressure on the existing team and streamlining processes--not taking over, but adding value where needed.
Skills & Experience:
Strong management accounting and FP&A expertise
Advanced budgeting and forecasting capabilities
Process improvement and reporting optimization skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
FMCG or manufacturing industry experience preferred
Qualification:
Relevant finance/accounting qualification (BCom or similar)
