Job Summary Our client is a leading player in the marketing and advertising space, delivering award winning campaigns, brand experiences and digital activations across South Africa.
With growing project volumes, multiple revenue streams and an energetic creative culture, the business needs a Management Accountant who can elevate financial visibility and support their rapid scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial analytics, commercial partnering and operational involvement while collaborating with dynamic creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles across campaigns, departments and group entities
• Prepare high quality management accounts, variance analyses and performance insights
• Track and analyse campaign profitability, project margins and resource utilisation
• Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Production and Operations to support informed decision making
• Consolidate reporting across multiple cost centres and business units
• Maintain cost control frameworks and identify inefficiencies
• Support pricing models, costing templates and financial modelling for pitches
• Review month end journals, accruals and provisions
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Assist with strategic planning and scenario modelling

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting or CIMA or similar qualification
• 3 to 6 years experience in management accounting
• Experience in marketing, advertising, creative agencies or project based environments is beneficial
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non finance teams
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Detail focused and proactive
