Job Description
Our client, a JSE listed company, is looking for a skilled Finance & Management Accountant to join their team in Germiston.
This role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
The successful incumbent will play a key role to ensure timely and accurate review and preparation of management accounts and reports for management and assist with overall financial management of the activities of the region.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Com Accounting degree
- Code 8 Driver's License
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting and finance
- Strong proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and models)
- Solid knowledge of VAT, Tax, IFRS, and financial compliance
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during month-end
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense approvals
- Lead and mentor finance staff
- Oversee month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Handle reconciliations, stock procedures, and creditor payments
