An established logistics group is seeking a driven Management Accountant to join their finance team in Cape Town. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis while supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced operational environment. Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Perform variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure accuracy in monthly reporting and adherence to accounting standards
Support financial planning, audits, and internal control processes
Collaborate closely with operational teams to improve financial efficiency
Skills & Experience:
3+ years' experience in management accounting or financial reporting
Industry experience within logistics - HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in financial systems and Excel
Qualification:
CIMA or SAICA qualification
