Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the finance team in cost control, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in financial services.
