Youll work within our Cape Town Finance Team, collaborating closely with the teams in London and Dubai to ensure they keep smashing those AUM milestones with precision and transparency.:
Deliver slick monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
Keep us on track with reconciliations, KPIs, audit prep, and process optimisation
Partner across departments to fuel smarter budgeting and forecasting
Own and enhance our Xero setup across multiple global entities
Ensure timely, accurate payments across multiple banking platformsSkills & Experience:
3 5 years experience in a similar environment
Sharp eye for detail and obsession with accuracy
A natural problem-solver with serious analytical chops
Proactive, independent, and hungry to grow
Organised, communicative, and tech-savvy
Bonus points if you get fintech/wealth xe2x80x94 but well train you upQualification:
