Job Description
Urgently looking for a vibrant and energetic Male Bookings Clerk to assist us in our receiving and making calls to our clients, interested candidate must be a Male person. We service the medical/clinical sector. This line of work you would be predominantly on the phone. So, we need someone who has a clear voice and speaks very well. someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and pays attention to details.
Requirements:
Matric with at least a diploma in Human resource or Marketing.
A minimum of at least two years experience at a call centre or front office is a must.
Great with communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
Computer literate including Ms excel, word, etc.
A great Team player and Quick thinker
Go-getter with a great attitude
Must be a male person
NB: Interested candidate must be residing at or around Ballito area and must not have issues with transport to get to work.
Willing to work overtime whenever needed. As this is a 24-hour service company.
