Review records of major modules at induction and redelivery;
Plan for movements of major modules across the fleet;
Ensure compliance to contractual obligations and airworthiness requirements;
Stay abreast of developing ADS and SBS relating to major modules;
Maintain all administrative data throughout the contractual periods on major modules;
Monitor if specific contractual terms and conditions relating to engine and airframe leases are met during the lease term to reduce risk at redelivery;
Monitor if various MRO/AMO/CAMO functions are correctly applied to the specifics of the lease;
Ensure that operational limitations outlined in the lease are clearly highlighted and communicated to the Operations department;
Prepare shop visit work scopes;
Coordinate and monitor shop visits for major modules to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards;
Provide accurate and on time reporting to Lessor;
Monitor if leased in aircraft/engines meet contract and redelivery requirements regarding major modules;
Monitor commercial aspects of lease agreements regarding major modules;
Ensure invoices are correctly processed and escalations applied;
Monitor that all warranties and credits are claimed;
Plan for sufficient availability of major modules. Ensure stock relating to major modules are controlled;
Educate internal departments to ensure compliance is maintained;
Implement controls, monitor adherence to controls and address non-compliance;
Provide expert knowledge on maintenance agreements for major modules;
Assist Management with the assessment of contractual agreement requirements and wording;
Provide inputs for new contracts as they are negotiated;
Provide forecasting to support contract management;
Proactively communicate with stakeholders i.e. policy changes;
Maintain positive relationships with Lessors, suppliers and staff to foster meaningful interactions;
Provide assistance and support to team members and maintain positive relationships with team members to assist with achieving team and organisational goals.
Grade 12 or Equivalent.
Qualification in relevant aviation technical field (Essential).
5-8 years' experience in a Technical Contract Admin or related technical role(Essential).
Experience in CAMO Maintenance System (Advantageous).
Background in aircraft records, aviation regulation, aviation quality standards and aircraft lease/engine contract administration (Advantageous).
Aviation experience (Advantageous).
Willing to work additional hours as and when required. Willing to travel if required.
Sound understanding of airplanes and lease economic structures administration.
Relevant professional and theoretical knowledge.
Knowledge of aircraft records, aviation regulations, aviation quality standards and aircraft lease/engine contract administration.
Computer proficient and sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding of generic CAMO control systems.
