Job Description
The Maitre'd will serve as the face of the restaurant, managing reservations, guest flow, and front desk duties. You'll work closely with the management team and service staff to ensure every guest is welcomed and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage table flow and reservations efficiently
Assist in service coordination and guest satisfaction
Resolve guest concerns calmly and effectively
Maintain front-of-house presentation standards
