Our Guesthouse is looking to fulfill the role of a maintenance/handyman. Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in various areas (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling).
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Handle general upkeep tasks (e.g., painting, landscaping).
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Keep records of work and materials used.

Requirements:
