N4 Plus Trade Test Certificate (Millwright) A Diploma is advantageous with a Millwright Trade 2-3 years of Maintenance experience in the Automotive industry. Physical ability to lift up to 13.5kg

Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools. Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions. Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts. Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machinery. Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications, and installations. Sharpening and maintaining machine tools Participating in the Preventive Maintenance program on all equipment for the continuous improvement of all machines. Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation Cleaning, lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance work on machinery Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area Performing other related duties as assigned Ensure completion of weekly Dock Level Preventive Maintenance. Liaise with service contract and facilitate completion of Monthly Goods lift Preventive Maintenance. Ensure completion of all portable electrical equipment's preventive maintenance. Ensure completion of DB boards Preventive maintenance. Maintenance of Dock Levelers Maintenance of fast rollers door systems Maintenance of BTU's (Battery trip Units) * Maintenance of electrical equipment and installation of PMHV chargers
