Job Description

Edge Fitness is looking for a hardworking energetic individual to make sure their equipment is well maintained and running smoothly.

1. Managing Effectiveness:

Ensure equipment is always in a good state, ready to use

Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

Actively participate in collaborative work and development.

Consistently model positive and professional behaviour.

Maintain regular and frequent communication with Service managers, Regional Managers, and other relevant parties

2. Operations:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Follow a weekly preventative maintenance plan to ensure less downtime for equipment

Contact suppliers to get quotes on needed parts - have a good relationship with all suppliers

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks and services on equipment.

Repair and replace equipment and facility fixtures when needed.

Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations.

Attend staff meetings and educational trainings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
