A well-established company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Maintenance Technician with basic mechanical and pneumatic experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on individual with at least 1 year of experience looking to grow within a supportive team environment.
POSITION: Maintenance Technician
AREA: Killarney Gardens
Location: Cape Town
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Hourly Rate: R111.44 per hour
Job Details:
Hours: 80 hours fortnightly
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Travel - Own Vehicle: Advantageous
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Matric / Grade 12
Experience: Minimum 1 year of mechanical and pneumatic maintenance experience
Certificates: Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic maintenance on mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment
- Support the maintenance team during breakdowns and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow health & safety standards and report any hazards
