Job Description
Our company in Westmead, Pinetown, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for various properties in and around the Westmead area.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational & leadership skills, pay attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of Building, Maintenance and Safety practices.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
General maintenance of properties including electrical, plumbing, construction, and landscaping work Ensure that daily, weekly & monthly maintenance tasks are scheduled & completed timeously Conduct regular inspection of properties to determine maintenance needs Maintain inventory and records of services, repairs, equipment, supplies etc General and overall maintenance, service and repair of company assets, buildings & property Supervising and coordinating General Workers
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Grade 12 SA Drivers License essential Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, Landscaping Certification advantageous
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of general maintenance experience essential Minimum two traceable references essential
SKILLS
Energetic, Flexible, Hands-On Approach to all tasks & duties Sound verbal, written & telephonic communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Ability & willingness to work irregular and/or extended hours if needed Precise and Deadline orientated as well as attentive to detail Reliable, honest and of sober habits

Pay: R11000,00 - R13000,00 per month
