Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Private Reserve | Bela-Bela
Salary: R9,000 - R12,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury private reserve based in Bela-Bela. This role is ideal for a skilled, proactive individual with a solid background in lodge maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee all lodge maintenance and operational functions
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the property runs efficiently
Lead and manage a maintenance team with a strong hands-on approach
Maintain lodge facilities and infrastructure to the highest standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within a lodge environment
Strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and air-conditioning
Ability and willingness to work alongside the team and perform maintenance tasks directly
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Contactable references
Knowledge of game drives and guiding is advantageous (formal qualification not required)
