Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the delicate balance between preservation and progress as we transform spaces into conservation and heritage havens.Responsibilities:xc3x98 Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.xc3x98 Mentor and guide our team of property coordinators to achieve peak performance.xc3x98 Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring top-notch service delivery.xc3x98 Assist in budget management and identify cost-saving opportunities.xc3x98 Implement preventive maintenance programs to uphold safety standards and minimize downtime.xc3x98 Lead emergency response efforts and coordinate resources for swift resolutions.xc3x98 Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and the Facilities Manager to plan and execute maintenance tasks.xc3x98 Maintain meticulous documentation and generate insightful reports for management review.xc3x98 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.xc3x98 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.xc3x98 Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing maintenance concerns promptly.Qualifications:xc3x98 5+ years of proven maintenance management experience in property or real estate.xc3x98 Diploma in a related field.xc3x98 Strong leadership and management skills.xc3x98 Excellent organizational and communication abilities.xc3x98 Proficiency in building systems, regulatory requirements, and maintenance procedures.xc3x98 Familiarity with ticketing systems and Google products.xc3x98 Comfortable working in a small team, open office, and remote settings.xc3x98 Valid driver's license and own vehicle.If you're passionate about sustainability, conservation, and pushing the boundaries of urban development, we want you on our team!
