WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The

Maintenance Skilled Worker

is responsible to perform planned and general maintenance to plant and equipment.




Maintain all infrastructure, equipment and services as per works request for maximum plant availability. Perform planned and statutory maintenance. To perform breakdown maintenance. Perform production change overs. To inspect, service and assist in repair and overhaul machinery. To perform planned preventative maintenance. To perform breakdown maintenance. To perform tool changeovers. Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE





National Senior Certificate and an Apprenticeship in Mechanical trade i.e. Fitter Have completed or busy to complete a recognised apprenticeship as Fitter. Have experience in Preventative Maintenance. Experience in Plant Maintenance. To perform breakdown maintenance. Perform production change overs. Willingness to work shifts, overtime and be on standby. Self-disciplined. hardworking and enthusiastic individual. Neat and orderly approach to his work. Ability to work well in a team. Perform high-level precision work. Good electrical insight in the repair of machinery and equipment. Code 8 driver's license. Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
