Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Computer literacy in Windows Microsoft Packages and Computerised Maintenance Management System
1 year experience in similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and control job cards in the Computerised Maintenance Management System
Distribute maintenance activity cards, collect back and ensure accuracy and integrity of returned job cards
Identify follow up maintenance/ repair and refurbishment work required
Capture, update and manage asset register equipment detailed information
Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously and report with regard to performance in areas of accountability
Provide feedback on governance, risk and compliance practices and escalate unresolved matters on appropriate channels for investigation and resolution
Ensure financial administration delivery process comply with internal control and governance standards and report any deviations
Provide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal and external customers with regard to Maintenance Planning and Scheduling in the Computerised Maintenance Management System
