Desired Education
: Diploma/Degree (BTech) in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
Maintenance planning and Scheduling qualification
2 years of Technical background (Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation.)
Desired Experience: 3years of work experience as a Maintenance Planner, Artisan or Technician
A valid driver's license with the ability to pass Rand Water's K53 driver test.
Primary Duties
Compile monthly Equipment Performance Reports of all Engine Rooms
Evaluate, analyse and monitor Plant and Personnel Performances
Manage and be competent in the use of Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) Maximo and Power BI
Monitor and scheduling PM's according to planned frequencies
Supply accurate work requests and create work orders for both maintenance and operations departments
Update the plant status correctly
Issue weekly department schedules within two days after generating
Issue of site specific/ departmental reports upon request
Label new plants
Compile monthly reports to Maintenance System Administrator
Ensure that asset register codes are identical to Maximo Plant hierarchy
Ensure proper identification of plant and their locations, both in the system and Physical
Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators according to the signed contract conditions.
Liaise between Maintenance System Administrator, Maintenance Manager Services and contractor request
To operate within the department budgets
Liaise with all customers internal and external
Create work orders of Periodic R&R and Projects and complete them in the system
