! Mangwanani Winelands in Cape Town is looking for a well experienced Maintenance Personnel. The Maintenance Personnel will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all spa equipment, treatment rooms, and related facilities. This role plays a key part in delivering a safe and high-quality experience for guests and staff by maintaining a clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Conduct daily routine maintenance and inspections across the spa, kitchen, and facilities.

Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of spa areas and equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for repairs when needed (with prior approval).

Track inventory of maintenance tools/supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Carry out painting, staining, and varnishing of surfaces when required.

Perform general cleaning, landscaping, and overall upkeep of the facility.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

Excellent communication skills. Extremely detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in challenging environments Works well within a team and always goes 'above and beyond' Proficient with email and Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum 2 years' experience Matric Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers and spa personnel. Must be able to work nights, weekends, public holidays.
