Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to take care of day-to-day maintenance duties across the Paarden Eiland area. This is a hands-on, full-time permanent role for someone who knows how to get the job done properly and efficientlyxe2x80x94no fuss, no excuses.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks in and around the Paarden Eiland area
- Cement mixing, patching, painting, and small repair jobs
- Identify and report infrastructure issues in the area
- Assist with urgent or clean-up duties as they arise
- Provide basic reports using a computer or smartphone
- Valid drivers license is essential
- Must know how to mix cement and paint
- Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
- Computer literate able to take and send photos, write short reports, use email or WhatsApp
- Can work independently and finish tasks without needing to be micromanaged
- A dependable, proactive person
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Takes pride in keeping the environment clean and maintained
