Job Summary

A 5* game lodge with 25 rooms, set on a 10 000 hectare reserve, seeks a hands on Maintenance Manager meeting the following specifications:-

- Trade qualification ESSENTIAL
p
- Minimum 2 years as a Maintenance Manager at a boutique property with upto 30 rooms, swimming pool, solar and borehole
p
- Must have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical work, welding etc
p
- Oversee a small maintenance team of 2 or 3, and be responsible for all lodge and gardens, including borehole and solar.
p
- Hands on as lodge is fairly remote, so use of contractors will be limited
p
- Stable work record and no job hoppers will be considered
p
- Own transport preferred
p
- Drivers licence essential
p
- Must be accustomed to living in a remote area away from the city.
p
- Single only
p
