Requirements Maintenance Manager Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager (Essential) Trade Qualification highly advantageous Previous lodge experience preferred. Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent attention to detail, initiative & interpersonal skills Act in good faith & in the best interest of the Company at all times Understanding of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems In depth knowledge of Airconditioning/fridges and/or single/3 phase (electrical) Excellent all-rounder (Plumbing, Building, General maintenance) Driver's license (essential), PrdP preferred MS Office Suite Strong administrative and planning capabilities, including budgeting and reporting Lodge Anchor At least 2 years' experience in a luxury safari environment. Good understanding of 4/5 star lodge operations, especially Housekeeping and Guest Relations. Understanding of Front Office and service-related activities would be a benefit Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel Professional and well groomed Driver's license essential Package on offer R30 000 pm - Depending on Experience Live in Meals while on duty Starting Date: ASAP
