We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations The successful candidate will ensure compliance with SLA requirements, manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs, and lead a team to deliver high-quality service in line with Tsebo standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules and equipment registers.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with SLA terms.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain service quality.
• Manage stock control and documentation, including service manuals and variation records.
• Ensure adherence to Tsebo SHEQ standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).
• Identify and implement service delivery improvements and cost optimization strategies.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12; Qualified Artisan (Electrical or Millwright); N4 or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the industry and 1 year in management within a similar environment.
• Skills: Computer literacy, leadership ability, organizational skills, valid driver's license and own transport.
