Requirements

Certified qualifications in mechanics, electrical, and/or plumbing (mandatory).
/p
p
High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office; familiarity with systems architecture is an advantage.
/p
p
Fluent in English; second or third languages are a plus.
/p
p
Proven mechanical expertise; additional experience in building work and systems maintenance is advantageous.
/p
p
Manage a fleet of vehicles and boats to ensure safety, reliability, and guest-readiness.
/p
p
Maintain and coordinate servicing of power systems, two generators and a solar farm
/p
p
Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational systems to ensure accountability and streamline maintenance functions.
/p
p
Support front-of-house teams during peak periods or emergencies, including guest interaction and hospitality assistance.
