Job Summary ?? is currently assisting a beautifully located safari lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit an experienced and hands-on This is a key leadership role for someone confident in managing preventative maintenance schedules, critical systems (solar, power, water), and guest-facing aesthetics while ensuring compliance, safety, and team performance across multiple properties. If you are a solutions-driven leader with strong technical knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a passion for sustainable lodge operations, we would love to hear from you. Minimum 5 years of maintenance or facilities management experience, ideally within a luxury hospitality or safari lodge setting. Strong working knowledge of infrastructure systems - including water, power, HVAC, and structural integrity. Experience managing and mentoring staff, with a collaborative leadership approach. Ability to manage suppliers, technical teams, and compliance-driven operations. Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent record-keeping skills. Understanding of South African safety, fire, and occupational health regulations.
