Fully licensed activities (Construction and operation of facilities)HSE: Internal Group HSE standards very high and generally more stringent than required by regulation and that of competitorsContexte et environnementAppuyez sur les touches espace ou entrxc3xa9e pour alterner la visibilitxc3xa9 de la section.HEALTH AND SAFETYTo effectively manage and minimise the risk associated with depot operations by ensuring:Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements within area of responsibility.Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIxe2x80x99s and risk reduction strategies;That HSE competency requirements are enforced within area of responsibility.To monitor, manage and assist with One Maestro, Maestro log and Integrity management within your area of responsibility.KEY RESULTSMaintenanceEstablish and continuously evaluate preventive maintenance system (on Sharepoint, CMMS and SAP) and feedback on non-compliances.Complete and issue a detailed monthly report on Maintenance Performance through KPIxe2x80x99sAction depot maintenance as per legislative and group requirements (frequency)Investigate breakdowns with identifying root causes and correct actionsTo monitor and manage One Maestro, Maestro log and Integrity management within your area of responsibility.Manage maintenance equipment sparesIntegrity ManagementPrepare and execute Safety Critical barrier inspections, loop tests and maintenanceReport and record Safety Critical Barrier non-conformances on CMMSEnsure Safety Critical matrix is updated accordingly and is currentComplete monthly Integrity KPI reporting Co-sign work permits for contractorsInitiate MoC for any SCB infrastructure changesParticipate in the Integrity Monitoring meetingsSupport site manager with action plan management of non-conformances, safety tours, audit result and depot surveysSupport site manager with Downgraded modes or Major integrity threats preparations reporting and actionsPeople Management:Provide training to new and existing staff members ensuring competence of staff for safety critical and environmental protection activities.Give your best to better energy and make the commitment with Total.
